Delivery Coverage We ship to all states and territories across Australia, including metro, regional, and remote areas.
Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over $49 AUD qualify for free standard shipping to SE States (VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, TAS).
Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided for all orders via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@soild.com.au and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
